The Association has purchased a new front gate call box. The new system will operate almost the same as the old one but it will have some new and updated features: We hope all residents will use the call box to ensure the safety of our community.

• Each listing can have up to 3 phone numbers to call (Landline or Cell). If the first number goes unanswered, it will call the second and then the 3rd if necessary. The Front Gate Call Number is 561-377-5739. It is suggested to add that number to your Contact List as “Saratoga Bay Gate”.
• Guests at the front gate will either be able to use the residents assigned 3 digit code or access the directory according to last and first name. Once they ring the phone, residents will be able to talk to the guest and then press 11 to open the gate.
• Residents, family members or regular visitors who use the quarterly 4 digit code as well as the delivery/landscaper/pool person code need to press # after entering the 4 digit code.
